Add a Location to a Class

When a studio location is created in your Walla software, any class you add has the option to be scheduled to that location. A class can not be scheduled or booked without an assigned location (including virtual).

Add a Location to a New Class

1. From the Main Navigation menu select Classes.

2. Select Go on the class tile or select the three dots on the top right of the tile and choose Add to Location

3. Select the location tile

4. Complete the location specific details, online booking rules, and payment options

5. Save

   You will now be brought to the schedule page for this class. You can choose to + Add to Schedule now by following the prompts, or you can go back to the Classes page if you are not ready to schedule the class yet.

From the Main Navigation menu select Classes.

Add Additional Locations to a Class

1. From the Main Navigation menu select Classes

2. Select the location drop-down and choose + Add a Location

3. Complete the location specific details, online booking rules, and payment options

4. Save
