[Appointments](https://support.hellowalla.com/appointments?hsLang=en) April 25, 2026 # Appointment Booking Widget | Walla Support Center [\[email protected\]](https://support.hellowalla.com/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection?hsLang=en) ### Appointment Booking Widget We will go over the appointment booking experience, important things to know about booking appointments like limitations, capabilities, and things to keep in mind about how appointment bookings work with Walla so you and your clients know what to expect! ### **Access the Widget Link and Code** You will need to embed your appointments widget into your website or you can share a link to the appointments widget so your clients can book their own appointments. To access the Appointment Widget follow these steps: 1. Select your profile icon and choose **Business Settings** 2. Scroll down and select **App and Widget Settings** 3. You must add a link to or embed the Appointments Widget directly in to your website in order for clients to access it for booking. **#2 Booking on the Appointments Widget does not look at room availability.** When a client books an appointment, a room is not assigned and will need to be assigned by a staff member.
