Appointment Transactional Notifications | Walla Support Center

All appointment Transactional Notifications are defaulted to be enabled.

To access appointment Transactional Notifications:

  1. Select Business Settings

  2. Choose Transactional Notifications

  3. Select the Staff tab

Appointment Transactional Notifications

  • Sent when an instructor change is made on an appointment with existing bookings

  • Sent when an appointment with bookings is rescheduled

  • Sent when a client books an appointment

    Hidden Description Variable: This notification supports the [appointment_hidden_description] variable. When added to the notification template, it will display any hidden description entered on that appointment type — useful for sharing arrival instructions, access codes, or what to bring. The field must be populated on the appointment type for content to appear.

  • Sent when an appointment plan is purchased

  • Sent when an appointment plan is canceled by the studio

  • Sent when an appointment has been settled up

  • Sent when a client cancels an appointment

  • Sent when a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment

  • Sent when a studio cancels an appointment booking

  • Sent when a client has an upcoming appointment (Sends 24 hours unless the booking happens in less than 24 hours)
