All appointment Transactional Notifications are defaulted to be enabled.
To access appointment Transactional Notifications:

Select Business Settings

Choose Transactional Notifications

Select the Staff tab
Appointment Transactional Notifications

Sent when an instructor change is made on an appointment with existing bookings

Sent when an appointment with bookings is rescheduled

Sent when a client books an appointment
Hidden Description Variable: This notification supports the
[appointment_hidden_description]variable. When added to the notification template, it will display any hidden description entered on that appointment type — useful for sharing arrival instructions, access codes, or what to bring. The field must be populated on the appointment type for content to appear. -
Sent when an appointment plan is purchased

Sent when an appointment plan is canceled by the studio

Sent when an appointment has been settled up

Sent when a client cancels an appointment

Sent when a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment

Sent when a studio cancels an appointment booking

Sent when a client has an upcoming appointment (Sends 24 hours unless the booking happens in less than 24 hours)
