Calendar Sync

The new Calendar Sync feature makes it easier for staff to stay up to date on their schedules by automatically syncing their Walla appointments and classes to their personal calendars (Google, Apple, or Outlook.)

Functionality

Setup:

Staff can access the new Calendar Settings section within their Profile > Schedule tab.
From here, they can choose which personal calendar to sync with:
- Google Calendar
- Apple Calendar
- Outlook Calendar

Sync behavior:

Once connected, all scheduled appointments and classes automatically appear on the synced calendar.
Events update in real time to reflect changes made in Walla, including:
- New bookings
- Cancellations
- Time or staff changes

Calendar sync settings are managed individually by each staff member and follow their personal account permissions.
