Cancel a Class

Canceling from the Schedule

1. Select Schedule from the main navigation menu

2. Find the date and class instance you wish to cancel

3. Click Cancel This Instance from the three-dots corresponding with the class listing

4. Select whether to Show or Hide the cancelation from the schedule and click Yes, cancel the class

5. A green "Successfully canceled the class" notification will appear in the upper right of the page

Select Schedule from the main navigation menu

Select whether to Show or Hide the cancelation from the schedule and click Yes, cancel the class

Canceling from Class Management

1. Select Classes from the main navigation menu

2. Click the green Go button corresponding for the class you want to cancel

3. Click the name of the instructor for the class

4. Select to Cancel a single date or Cancel All for specific date forward

5. Select whether to Show or Hide the cancelation from the schedule and click Yes, cancel the class

6. A green Successfully canceled the class notification will appear in the upper right of the page

Select Classes from the main navigation menu

Click the green Go button corresponding for the class you want to cancel

Click the name of the instructor for the class

Select to Cancel a single date or Cancel All for specific date forward

Select whether to Show or Hide the cancelation from the schedule and click Yes, cancel the class

A green Successfully canceled the class notification will appear in the upper right of the page

Clients will always be refunded back to their original payment method when a class is canceled.

Only future instances of classes can be canceled. Completed classes cannot be canceled.
