Client Statuses
Client Statuses show if a client is Active, Inactive, Lost, newly created, or Deactivated based on visit history and specific acitivities.
On the left-hand side of the Client Profile Overview tab, you'll find a panel containing client information, including their Personality Type, Tags, Lead Stages, Metrics, Check-in Notes, and Additional Notes. The Metrics section displays their Status.
Note: Client Status is different from Lead Stage. Lead Stages are customizable identifiers for your Marketing Suite Lead Tracker.
Client Statuses Explained
Account Created
The client created an account with no purchase in the last 90 days.
Active
The client has visited in the last 90 days.
Inactive
The client has not had a visit in the last 91-365+ days.
Lost
The client has not had a visit in the last 365+ days.
Deactivated
A deactivated client is someone who has been manually marked as "deactivated" by front desk staff, typically done to help organize or clean up the client database. This status change does not delete client information but rather changes their visibility in your system.
Important things to know about the deactivated client status:

All information is preserved, including payment methods, transaction history, and account details

Clients can be deactivated even if they have active plans, enrollments, or an account balance

Deactivated clients remain accessible through filters in the contact list

Clients can be reactivated at any time, which fully restores their active status

Client access is unaffected - deactivated clients can still log into their widget account normally

If a deactivated client books a class or makes a purchase, their status automatically changes back to "active"

View Contacts by Status
Client Statuses are also accessible in the Contacts page. Follow these steps to filter your client list by Client Status:
