# Deactivate, Reactivate, and Delete Plans | Walla Support Center

### Deactivate a Plan

Deactivating a plan won't affect the ones you've already sold; it just means you're no longer selling that specific plan. If you decide you don't want to offer a certain plan anymore you can deactivate it.

1. From the main navigation menu select **Plan Management**
2. Find the plan you want to deactivate
3. Select the three dots on the plan tile
4. Choose **Deactivate**
5. Confirm by selecting **Yes, Deactivate**

### Reactivate a Plan

1. From the main navigation menu select **Plan Management**
2. Filter by **inactive plans**
3. Click the three dots on the inactive plan's top right corner and choose **Activate**
4. Confirm by selecting **Yes, Activate the package**

### Delete a Plan

You can only delete a plan if no clients have bought the plan.

1. From the main navigation menu select **Plan Management**
2. Find the plan you'd like to delete and select the three dots on the plan tile's top right corner and choose **Delete**
3. Confirm by selecting **Yes, Delete**
4. The plan will be permanently removed
