Deactivate, Reactivate, and Delete Plans
Deactivate a Plan
Deactivating a plan won't affect the ones you've already sold; it just means you're no longer selling that specific plan. If you decide you don't want to offer a certain plan anymore you can deactivate it.

From the main navigation menu select Plan Management

Find the plan you want to deactivate

Select the three dots on the plan tile

Choose Deactivate

Confirm by selecting Yes, Deactivate

Choose Deactivate
Confirm by selecting Yes, Deactivate
Reactivate a Plan

From the main navigation menu select Plan Management

Filter by inactive plans

Click the three dots on the inactive plan's top right corner and choose Activate

Confirm by selecting Yes, Activate the package
From the main navigation menu select Plan Management
Filter by inactive plans
Click the three dots on the inactive plan's top right corner and choose Activate
Confirm by selecting Yes, Activate the package
Delete a Plan
You can only delete a plan if no clients have bought the plan.

From the main navigation menu select Plan Management

Find the plan you'd like to delete and select the three dots on the plan tile's top right corner and choose Delete

Confirm by selecting Yes, Delete

The plan will be permanently removed
From the main navigation menu select Plan Management
Find the plan you'd like to delete and select the three dots on the plan tile's top right corner and choose Delete
