Support Hours

Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM Pacific Time
Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM Pacific Time

If we’re ever going to be out of the office for a holiday or planned closure, we’ll always let you know at least one week ahead of time. Look for a notice in:

  • Our in-product messenger

  • Email auto-replies

  • Any support email responses

You’ll never be left wondering when we’ll be back online.
