Start by navigating to your studio's website
Log in to a website widget
Select the menu on the top right
Choose Manage Account at the top right
Select Your Schedule from the dropdown menu
Click Cancel at the right side of the list of bookings
Before completing the cancelation a pop-up will appear for you to review the type of cancelation you are about to confirm
To complete the cancelation select Yes, cancel my booking
If the cancelation is within the allowable cancelation window, then the cancelation is considered an early cancelation.
If the cancelation is outside of the allowable cancelation window, then the cancelation is considered a late cancelation. If the studio has a penalty such as you lose a pass and/or you incur a fee, you will see a pop-up appear before completing the cancelation.
