What to expect on your Walla Migration day?

As your migration day approaches you might be wondering what exactly that day will be like?! To quell any "pre-show jitters", we have a list of things to review below so you feel extra prepared for your migration day to Walla!

  • Plan to be available throughout the day to answer any questions that might arise about your data or the migration.

  • At the pre-agreed time on your migration day, your Data Migration Rep will reach out with your Migration Day tasks and timeline.

  • Starting at that point, you will want to check in your classes using pen and paper to avoid any data discrepancies.

  • Throughout the day, your Data Migration Rep will email you status updates or reach out with questions.

  • Providing quick answers to their questions will help keep your migration on track.

  • Once the data migration is completed, Walla will quickly check your website to ensure your Walla widgets are embedded and no more links go to your previous software.

  • Plan to do a deeper website audit post-migration to ensure all your previous software links are removed.

  • After we confirm Walla widgets are embedded, we will send the welcome email to your current clients. This signifies the end of of your migration!
