The ultimate structure and setup of your funnel is entirely up to you. Your unique business needs and goals should drive your funnel design, and this example serves as a starting point that you can customize to fit your specific requirements.
Enter New Lead Pipeline Stage
Step 1: Set Up Lead Stages
Lead stages help track prospects through your sales pipeline:
From the Main Navigation Menu select Marketing Center
Select Lead Stages
Review the pre-built lead stages provided and be sure to eep your lead stages minimal for simplicity
Customize lead stages to fit your studio's specific needs, but maintain a clear distinction between active leads and closed opportunities.
Step 2: Add Tags
Lead tags help track segments of clients through your sales pipeline:
From the Main Navigation Menu select Tags
Select Add New Tag
Create your tag (In our example we are going to use Fresh Hot π₯ Lead as the tag we are going to create

Step 3: Add a Journey
Now, set up a journey to manage your sales funnel. Focus on adding and removing tags rather than sending communications.
From the Main Navigation Menu select Marketing Center
Select Journeys
Choose Add New Journey to create a new journey specifically for your sales funnel
Name it appropriately (e.g., In our example we will call the Journey Lead Funnels)
Step 4: Define audience parameters
In the Audience section, select the criteria that will trigger this automation
Select add Audience
Add Audience name and description
Select Add Condition and add the following below conditions
Step 5: Add or Remove Tags & Lead Stages
Select Add Tag and choose the tag from your entrance automation (i.e. In our example we are going to choose the Fresh Hot π₯ Lead tag)
Under Stages choose New Lead
Save
Condition 1: Class Check-in Activity

# of check-ins: Exactly 0
Time frame: All time. Any check-ins ever.
Locations: Any location
Classes: Any class
Staff: Any staff
Start time: Any start time
Payment method: Any method
Condition 2: Record Creation Date

Record created: Within the last 0 days
Condition 3: Contacts without a Plan
Condition 3: Contacts without a Plan
Plans: Any plan, including Intro Offers
Never or Past: Contacts who have never owned a plan specified above
Enter Intro Active Pipeline Stage (Exit New Lead Stage)
This automation has a client exiting the New Lead Pipeline Stage and entering the Intro Active Pipeline Stage.
Step 1: Add automation parameters
To remove a client from the pipeline you will need to create another automation that removed the tag and the Lead Stage. Alternatively, you can manually change the lead status of the client and remove tags.
From the Main Navigation Menu select Marketing Center
Select Journeys
Select the Sales Funnel Journey you want to set up an exit automation for
Choose Add Automation
In our example we are using the clients with the Fresh Hot π₯ Lead tag so we will choose the Tags Condition

Tag status: Has ANY one of: Fresh Hot π₯ Lead
Condition 2: Class Plan Started + Check-ins

Plans: Intro Offer selected
Start time frame: Exactly 0 days ago

Step 2: Add or Remove Tags & Lead Stages
Select Add Condition
Select Remove Tag and choose the tag from your entrance automation (i.e. In our example we are going to choose the Fresh Hot π₯ Lead tag)
Under Remove stages from all contacts in audience choose the stage New Lead
Under the add stage choose your next stage on the pipeline (in our example we selected intro offer active)
