[Managing Your Studio](https://support.hellowalla.com/managing-your-studio?hsLang=en) June 12, 2026 # Goal Setting | Walla Support Center The Goals Management feature allows studios to set, track, and manage performance goals directly within Walla. ### **Why It Matters:** - Eliminates the need for **manual spreadsheets** or external tools - Reduces the risk of **errors or inconsistencies** in performance tracking - Aligns all goals with your **Executive Summary Dashboard** for a seamless view of KPIs ### **Functionality:** - Studios can access Goal Setting from the left hand navigation - When they land in the Goal Setting Dashboard they will have the ability to view their current goals grouped together or “Set New Goal” - Setting a new goal will apply to all locations (MVP) - They have the ability to choose a metric from the drop down - The metrics available will be those that we have already enabled in the Executive Summary (ie: MRR, Member Retention Rate, Accounts Created, Total Active Members, Average Revenue Per Member) -
