Goal Setting
The Goals Management feature allows studios to set, track, and manage performance goals directly within Walla.
Why It Matters:

Eliminates the need for manual spreadsheets or external tools

Reduces the risk of errors or inconsistencies in performance tracking

Aligns all goals with your Executive Summary Dashboard for a seamless view of KPIs

Functionality:

Studios can access Goal Setting from the left hand navigation

When they land in the Goal Setting Dashboard they will have the ability to view their current goals grouped together or “Set New Goal”

Setting a new goal will apply to all locations (MVP)

They have the ability to choose a metric from the drop down

The metrics available will be those that we have already enabled in the Executive Summary (ie: MRR, Member Retention Rate, Accounts Created, Total Active Members, Average Revenue Per Member)

Goal Type will have three options:

Fixed Range (pick monthly range)

Manual (one month at a time)

Once a new goal is saved it will appear in the Goal Setting Dashboard under its designated category. ie: Profitability Goals, Growth Goals and Retention Goals

Note: The Goals Management feature will first be available to a select beta group before rolling out to all Walla customers.
