Historical Migrated Visit Counting for Conditions

Historical migrated visits can be included when setting up conditions but they have some limitations.

When setting up conditions in the Marketing Suite, you can leverage historical visit data for client targeting. However, there are limitations when it comes to migrated visits.

How Historical Visits Are Counted

The system will include a client's historical visit count in condition evaluation when the condition is configured without specific class restrictions.

To ensure your condition evaluates historical visits, avoid selecting any of these specific parameters:

  • Payment method

  • Membership/plan details

  • Specific class start times

  • Staff member assignments

  • Specific class names/course offerings
