How can I be notified when a client books a class, makes a purchase, or completes other important actions?

To be notified when your clients book a class, make a purchase, or other actions, you can cc specific emails on Transactional Notifications sent to clients.

  1. Select your profile icon and choose Business Settings

  2. Choose Transactional Notifications

  3. When you select a Transactional Notification it will expand

  4. At the bottom of the box you will see the options to CC Business, Location, or Instructor

At the bottom of the box you will see the options to CC Business, Location, or Instructor

Business: The email under Business Settings, Company Info

Location: The email under Locations, nested on the main navigation menu

Instructor: The work email entered under the staff member's profile

Depending on the transactional notification you will see two or more of the above email options to CC.
