How do I delete a client profile? | Walla Support Center

If you have a client that no longer attends the studio or does not wish to get communications from your studio any longer, you can easily delete the client from your Walla site.

How to Delete a Profile from the Contacts Page

1. Go to the Contacts tab

2. Find the client’s profile you wish to delete

3. In the three dots next to the client’s name, choose Delete

4. If the client has active plans or an unresolved account balance, this will show in the pop-up

   1. You will need to resolve outstanding items before deleting the contact

5. Click Delete 

   1. Select Yes

How to Delete a Profile from the Client Profile Page:
