[Clients](https://support.hellowalla.com/clients?hsLang=en) June 10, 2026 # How do I delete a client profile? | Walla Support Center If you have a client that no longer attends the studio or does not wish to get communications from your studio any longer, you can easily delete the client from your Walla site. **It is important to know that once you delete a contact, it cannot be undone.** **How to Delete a Profile from the Contacts Page** 1. Go to the Contacts tab 2. Find the client’s profile you wish to delete 3. In the three dots next to the client’s name, choose **Delete** 4. If the client has active plans or an unresolved account balance, this will show in the pop-up 1. You will need to resolve outstanding items before deleting the contact 5. Click **Delete**  1. Go to the client's profile 2. Click the green Actions button 3. If the client has active plans or an unresolved account balance, this will show in the pop-up 1. You will need to resolve outstanding items before deleting the contact 4. Click **Delete** 1.
