How do I manually send a livestream link to a client?

In this article we detail several ways in which you can send Zoom links manually to your livestream customers, whether as a group, or as individuals.

Follow these steps to manually send a livestream link to a client:

  1. Login to your Zoom account via your web browser

  2. Select Meetings

  3. Choose Upcoming or if the class has already started, choose Previous

  4. Click on the title of the meeting

  5. Copy the Zoom link

  6. Go to Schedule within Walla

  7. Find the class you need to send the link out for

  8. Select the class

  9. Select Message Clients

  10. Under Select Group choose Livestream

  11. Send

Login to your Zoom account via your web browser

Select Meetings

Choose Upcoming or if the class has already started, choose Previous

Click on the title of the meeting

Copy the Zoom link

Go to Schedule within Walla

Find the class you need to send the link out for

Select the class

Select Message Clients

Under Select Group choose Livestream

Send

If you do not see a livestream meeting already generated you can start a meeting directly from the Zoom web browser or the Zoom app and send clients the link via the class roster messenger.
