How do I schedule a closed business day?

Need to update your class schedule for an upcoming closed business day? Use these steps to update the title of an individual class instance and cancel a single instance to let your clients know you are closed for the day!

  1. From the Navigation Menu select Schedule

  2. Find the date on the calendar when your business is scheduled to be closed and select the three dots to the far right of a class on your schedule

  3. Select Edit this instance

  4. Change the Display Name to inform your students of the closed business day. You can change the display name to whatever you'd like. Only that particular class on the selected day and time will be updated. (Amazing, we know!)

  5. Select Save

  6. From the Schedule, select the three dots next to the updated class and this time choose Cancel This Instance

  7. Select Show class as canceled on schedule, then select Yes, cancel the class. Clients will be sent a transactional notification that the class has been canceled.

If you are closed for a full day, be sure to repeat these steps for each class scheduled that day.
