How do I view the average revenue per plan for a selected period?

Currently there is not a way to view the average revenue per plan for the selected period. However, you can use these reports and calculate the all time average revenue per visit for a plan.

Follow these steps to calculate the all time average revenue per visit for a plan:

1. From the main navigation menu select Reports

2. Choose Plans

3. Select the Active Plans Report

4. Select a specific plan or plans from the Plan filter

5. Choose all statuses Active, Pending, Paused, Completed, Canceled

6. Export the report and import into Excel or Google Sheets

7. Record the total for columns Client In Person Check Ins and Livestream Check Ins

8. Choose Financials from the Reports menu

9. Choose Sales

10. Select Cash accounting basis

11. Select Plans under Category

12. Choose Category Item

13. Select a Plan or Plans

14. Set the date range to all time

15. Record total

16. Divide the total visits from the Active Plans report into the total revenue from the Sales report

17. This is the all time average revenue per visit for the selected plans
