How Staff/Clients Access Receipts

Learn how to guide customers in downloading receipts from the Widget or Front Desk to submit to their insurance provider.

Providing Receipts for Insurance Submission
If your customer needs receipts to submit to their insurance provider, they can download them directly from the Widget or the Front Desk can provide these.

Downloading Receipts from the Widget

  1. Log into the Widget.

  2. Select the Menu (top right).

  3. Choose Your Transactions.

  4. Click the three dots next to the transaction and select Download Receipt.

Click the three dots next to the transaction and select Download Receipt.

Downloading Receipts from the Front Desk

  1. Navigate to the client’s Transaction tab.

  2. Click the three dots next to the transaction and select View Receipt/PDF.

  3. Review Receipt and click Print/PDF to generate a pop-up.

  4. Either Save as PDF or Print the receipt as needed.
