How to Book a Spot on the Widget

How clients can Book a Spot and update their reserved spot on the Class Schedule widget.

The Class Schedule widget allows clients to book and manage their spots in upcoming classes that have a Book a Spot Layout. In this article we will walk you through how a client can book spots for themselves and guests, as well as how to update their selected spot.

Book a Spot as a Client

Follow these steps to Book a Spot on the Class Schedule Widget as a client:

Login to the Class Schedule widget
Find a class on the schedule
Choose the Book button
Select a spot
Choose Confirm

Change a Booked Spot

Follow these steps to change a booked Spot as a client:

Select the Menu on the top right
Choose Your Schedule
Select Change Spot next to the upcoming booking
Select a different spot
Choose Confirm

Book a Spot for a Guest

Clients must book themselves into the class first and book their guest into class. The system automatically assigns the guest to an open spot. The spot can't be chosen for the guest during the initial booking but it can be updated from the Your Schedule page after the guest booking is made. The client who brought the guest's booked spot will be greyed out.

Follow these steps to Book a Spot on the Class Schedule Widget for a guest:

Book yourself into a class and choose a spot
Choose Add a Guest and complete the guest booking
Choose Your Schedule
Select Change Spot next to the upcoming booking
Select a different spot if you'd like
Choose Confirm
