How to Turn on Journeys and Automations | Walla Support Center

In this article we will walk you through the simple steps to activate both automations and journeys within your platform.

Step 1: Turn on an Automation

  1. From the main navigation menu, select Marketing Center

  2. Choose the Journey tile

  3. Select Journey you’d like to enable

  4. Select the toggle to the far left of the automation

  5. A pop-up will appear for you to confirm enabling the automation

  6. Select Yes, let’s do this

  7. The toggle will display blue when the automation is on

Step 2: Turn on a Journey

  1. Go back to the main Journey list page

  2. Select the toggle located to the far left of the Journey you’d like to enable

  3. A pop-up will appear for you to confirm enabling the automation

  4. Select Yes, let’s do this

  5. The toggle will display blue when the Journey is enabled is on

When you start a Journey, you'll see a message telling you that turning it on won't turn on any connected automations. Only the automations that are already switched on will actually start.
