# Initiate your ClassPass integration with Walla | Walla Support Center

### Things to Know:

- In order to switch your ClassPass integration from your previous software to Walla, ClassPass requires you to cancel all upcoming bookings to avoid double booking the class.
- Plan for this by disabling classes in ClassPass pre-migration and enabling them post-migration.

### Class Pass Integration Process

To convert your ClassPass integration from your previous software to Walla, ClassPass will need to direct your API to Walla. The day before your migration day, reach out to ClassPass support and request your integration be switched to Walla.

- Use this copy: *I'd like to switch my ClassPass integration from my previous software provider to my new provider, Walla. Here is my partner and venue code(s): (enter your codes)*
- Your ClassPass codes can be found in your Walla site under **Business Settings \> Third Party Apps**
