Lead Source Report

The Lead Sources feature in Walla provides a comprehensive overview of your lead generation efforts across different channels.

This feature requires Walla's Marketing Suite.

Key Features

Date Range: You can select specific time periods to analyze, such as "This month" or custom date ranges.

Location Breakdown: Shows data for each of your studio locations, allowing you to compare performance across different sites.

Lead Sources: It displays a wide range of lead sources that are pre-set.

Conversion Rates: For each lead source, you can see the number of leads generated and how many converted, along with the conversion percentage.

Understanding Lead Sources

  • Source: Different lead sources.

  • Leads: The total number of leads that have any Lead State applied

  • Converted: The total number of leads that have a Lead State of "Closed/Won"

  • Conversion Rate: The percentage of "Conversions/Total Leads"

  • Trend: The percentage difference between this month and last month's lead conversions.

Trend: The percentage difference between this month and last month's lead conversions.

Reminders:

Leads must be assigned a Lead Stage to be included in the Lead Source Report.

For a lead to be counted as Converted, the contact must have a Lead Stage in the won/closed category assigned to their account.

If a Lead is not assigned a referral source, they will be listed in the "none" category on the Lead sources Report.

How to Use the Lead Source Report

Identify Top-Performing Channels: Look for lead sources with the highest conversion rates. These are your most effective channels for attracting quality leads.

Spot Underperforming Areas: Sources with low conversion rates may need improvement or reconsideration in your marketing strategy.

Compare Locations: If you have multiple studios, compare their performance to identify best practices that can be shared across locations.

Track Campaign Effectiveness: Measure the impact of specific marketing campaigns by monitoring changes in lead numbers and conversion rates.

Allocate Resources Wisely: Use the insights from this data to inform your marketing budget allocation, focusing on the most effective channels

Meta, Google, and Walla Lead Forms Lead Source Auto Assignment

Leads are automatically captured from Lead Forms and they are synced to your Walla Lead Tracker and they are automatically assigned a Lead Source.

Walla Lead Form: Leads who are added to your site for the first time when they complete a Walla Lead Form they will automatically be assigned the Website Organic Lead Source.

Meta Business Suite Lead Form: Leads who are added to your site for the first time when they complete a Meta Business Suite Lead Form they will automatically be assigned the Paid Social Lead Source.

Google Business Suite Lead Form: Leads who are added to your site for the first time when they complete a Google Business Suite Form they will automatically be assigned the Paid Search Lead Source.

How do I assign a Referral Source to a lead?

Open the client Panel, navigate to the Lead section, and click the edit button before selecting a Referral Source.
