Migration Day Tasks and Timeline | Custom Migration | Walla Support Center
Here is the timeline for your migration to Walla! Follow these steps, referring to the necessary support articles, in order to complete your tasks during migration to Walla.
1. Disable your current software purchasing/booking

Turn off ability for clients to book a class

Turn off any mobile apps or listings

Turn off any auto emails

Disable live stream integrations if applicable

Disable any pricing options from being sold online

Turn off any retention emails, campaigns, automations through your current software
Email your Data Migration Rep at migrations@hellowalla.com to let them know when above is complete.
2. Walla runs final reports in your current software
Keep an eye on any sales, bookings, new client accounts, etc. that are made in your current software while the migration is in progress. Manual reconciliation of client accounts may be necessary.
3. Walla sends welcome email after above is complete
That's it! You're officially live on Walla - any questions throughout the day please reach out to your Data Migration Rep or Onboarding Rep.
4. Add Walla’s widgets to your website

Please do not add the widgets to the website until after your current online booking is disabled. It may be helpful to post a banner or notice on your website to remind current clients to wait until they receive the Welcome Email before attempting to access their Walla account to book & buy classes. If a client makes a booking or purchase before the migration, they may end up with a duplicate profile and/or duplicate plan.
5. Set auto-reply on studio email

Remember to have an email auto-response turned on with additional copy for login help—or have Post-Live FAQ links handy for your staff to review.
