Before You Order
The Stripe Terminal is a physical card reader that allows you to accept in-person payments directly through Walla. To get started, you'll submit a quick order request form. From there, a member of our team handles the rest—placing the order with Stripe and getting your device shipped out to you.
How to Order
Step 1: Complete the Order Request Form
Fill out the Stripe Terminal order request form with your business and shipping details. Be sure to double-check your shipping address, as this is where your terminal will be delivered.
Step 2: Submit Your Request
Once all fields are complete, submit the form. This sends your request directly to our team.
Step 3: We Place Your Order
After we receive your request, a member of our team will place the order with Stripe on your behalf. There's nothing further you need to do at this stage.
Step 4: Your Terminal Ships
Stripe will ship the terminal directly to the address provided on your form. Delivery timelines may vary, so keep an eye out for your hardware to arrive.
