Before You Order
The Stripe Terminal is hardware for in-person payments made directly through Walla — credit card, tap-to-pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay supported.
To get started, you'll complete a short order request form. From there, our team handles the rest.
How to Order
Step 1: Complete the Order Request Form
Fill out the Stripe Terminal order request form with your business and shipping details. Double-check your shipping address prior to submitting, as this is where your terminal will be delivered.
Step 2: Submit Your Request
Once all fields are complete, submit the form. Your request is sent directly to Walla for processing.
Step 3: We Place Your Order
After we receive your request, a member of our team will place the order with Stripe on your behalf. Our team will handle the rest from here.
Step 4: Your Terminal Ships
Stripe will ship the terminal directly to the address provided on your form. Delivery timelines may vary, so keep an eye out for your hardware to arrive.
