Prepare your current software for migration to Walla
In order to ensure a smooth transition from your current software to Walla, you'll want to follow the steps below to prepare your data for export and migration into Walla.
Merge
Merge all duplicate clients

If multiple clients use the same email address and pricing option in your software, they will not be imported into Walla.

Search
Look for clients missing their email addresses—and try to fill in as many emails as possible

Settle Up
Resolve outstanding account balances

Collect
Collect for unpaid classes

Unpaid visits or upcoming reservations will not migration to Walla

Check Gift Cards
Run a gift card report in your current software

Remind your clients to spend gift card balances (they will not transition to Walla)

Save your export for future reference for gift cards that are unused

Clean Up
Remove old retail products so a clean inventory report can be exported for Walla to import.

If you prefer to start from scratch and add your items to Walla, you may want to export a list of products for historical reference

Historical Data
If you wish to retain any additional data, including payroll, business stats, etc. please export these before your current software subscription terminates
