[Enrollments](https://support.hellowalla.com/enrollments?hsLang=en) June 10, 2026 # Remove a Client from an Enrollment | Walla Support Center ### Remove a Client from an Enrollment from the Enrollment Roster Only Staff can cancel a client's enrollment booking. Cancelling an enrollment booking can be completed from the Enrollment Roster or from the client's profile. The enrollment roster applies to the entire enrollment. For multi-day enrollments, clients cannot be removed from individual days. Cancelling their enrollment will remove them from all days. To cancel a client's enrollment booking from the Enrollment Roster follow the below steps: 1. From the main navigation menu select **Enrollment Schedule** 2. Select **View Roster** 3. Select the **three dots t**o the far right of the enrollment booking 4. Choose **Remove Client** 5. **Complete the fields** on the pop-up. Here you can decide if the client is refunded for their enrollment and/or if they incur a fee for canceling. 6. Navigate to the **Overview Tab** of the client's profile 2. Scroll down to the **Active Enrollments** section 3. Select **the three dots** on the top right of the enrollment tile 4. Choose **Remove** 5. **Complete the fields** on the pop-up. Here you can decide if the client is refunded for their enrollment and/or if they incur a fee for canceling. 6.
