[Staff](https://support.hellowalla.com/staff?hsLang=en) June 26, 2026 # Resend Staff Invite | Walla Support Center When adding a new staff member to your business, they should be sent a staff invite welcoming them to the business and allowing them to establish their login. Should it become necessary, you can resend invites to them via their staff tile: 1. Under staff center, choose **Staff** 2. On the top right corner of the staff member's tile, choose the **three dots** 3. Select **Forgot password?** and enter the email address associated with your staff account 2. Send a password reset 3. Use the password reset email to enter in your desired password 4.
