# Retention Suite Overview
The Retention Suite gives you tools to keep clients engaged and coming back. It includes three features:
- **Loyalty:** reward clients with points for visits, referrals and more.
- **Challenges:** run attendance challenges right in Walla.
- **Streaks and Goal Setting:** clients set a weekly class goal in the app.

✔️ Encourage repeat visits and consistent attendance

### **What’s included**
**Loyalty**
Clients earn points for actions like checking in to class, settling appointments, referring friends and hitting visit milestones. You decide how many points each action is worth and what clients can redeem them for.

**Challenges**
Create Milestone, Leaderboard or Bingo challenges for a set timeframe. Walla tracks qualifying visits automatically, and you can reward participants with loyalty points, account credit or a prize you hand out yourself.

**Streaks and Goal Setting**
Clients set a weekly class goal in the app and build a streak each week they hit it. There’s nothing for you to set up.

### **Turn on the Retention Suite**
👇 Follow these steps
1. Click **Get started** on the **Retention Suite** card.
2. Review your pricing tier and the terms.
3. Click **Agree & Activate**.
Once it’s on, **Retention Suite** appears in your left navigation menu, with **Loyalty** and **Challenges** underneath. Streaks and Goal Setting doesn’t have a menu item because it’s only in the client app.
☝️ **Important:** Retention Suite features are ready right away in Walla and the Walla app. If you have a branded app, they’ll be available once your app update is complete, which typically takes 5–10 days.
### Billing
- Pricing is based on how many active clients you have, not how many locations.
- When you activate, your tier is set from your current active client count. This is the same number you see when you filter **Contacts** by active clients.
- Billing starts as soon as you activate. The charge is added to your existing Walla invoice, and your first month is prorated if you activate mid-cycle.
- Your active client count is reviewed quarterly. If it moves into a different tier, your price is adjusted.
