[Appointments](https://support.hellowalla.com/appointments?hsLang=en) May 28, 2026 # Settle Up an Appointment | Walla Support Center Settling up appointments is an important part of the daily front desk workflow as this accounts for services rendered and ensures payroll is calculated accurately. > **Tip:** For a quick view of appointments that need to be finalized, check the **Appointment Tasks** tile on your Dashboard. --- ### Apply an Appointment Plan to Settle Up 1. From the main navigation menu, select **Appointment Schedule**. 2. Select the appointment, then choose **Settle** and **Continue**. 3. If tipping is applicable, select a payment method for the tip and enter the tip amount. 4. Select **Pay** to complete the settlement. From the main navigation menu, select **Appointment Schedule**. 2. Select the appointment you would like to check out, then choose **Settle**. 3. Select **Settle** and choose **Continue**. 4. Review the **Booking Summary**. 5. If tipping is applicable, select a payment method for the tip and enter the tip amount. 6.
