Clients set a weekly class goal in the app and track their progress toward it. It’s included with the Retention Suite and clients manage it themselves. There are no settings for it in Walla Front Desk. ### **Getting Started** Streaks and Goal Setting turns on when you turn on the [Retention Suite](https://support.hellowalla.com/retention-suite-overview?hsLang=en). Clients tap **Set My Goal** on the app home screen to get started. ### **How it works** - **Weekly goal:** Clients choose how many classes they want to attend each week. They can change their goal at any time, and the change applies to the current week without resetting their streak. - **Progress:** The app home screen shows checked-in classes toward the weekly goal. More than one class on the same day counts. - **Streaks:** Each week a client meets their goal adds a week to their streak. Appointments and enrollments don’t count toward a client’s goal. --- ### **What staff can see** Streaks and Goal Setting is client-facing only. There’s no front desk view or reporting. --- ### **Frequently Asked Questions** **A client says their streak reset. Why?** They didn’t meet their weekly goal.
