[Staff](https://support.hellowalla.com/staff?hsLang=en) July 1, 2026 # Time Clock | Walla Support Center Whether you're new to Walla or need a quick refresher, here's a step-by-step guide to help you clock in and out effortlessly. ### Access the Time Clock Locate the clock icon in either the top right corner of any page when logged in or within your Staff Profile. To find the Time Clock under your staff profile: 1. From the main navigation menu select Staff 2. Choose a staff tile 3. Select the Time Clock tab While clocked-in, the time clock icon changes color from gray to orange and the clock face changes to include an arrow. ### Clock In and Clock Out ### How to clock in 1. Once the Time Clock is located, select the **Time Clock** 2. Choose a **location and role** 3. Add any relevant **notes** or details 4. Select **Clock in** ### How to clock out 1. Locate the clock icon in either the top right corner of any page when logged in or within your Staff Profile 2. Select the **Time Clock** 3. Choose **Clock Out** This can also be done from under any staff profile by selecting Clock Out on the Time Clock tab. ### Edit or Delete a Time Clock Entry Time clock entries can be edited directly from Payroll or from under an staff member’s profile. To edit a time clock entry from a staff member’s profile follow these steps: 1. From the main navigation menu select Staff 2. Choose a staff member 3. Select the Time Clock tab 4. Select edit next to an entry or click "add time clock entry" to create a new one To edit a time clock entry directly under payroll: 1. Access Payroll, then select a staff member 2. Expand the Time Clock or Salary section under Payroll for the staff member 3.
