Why would a client not be automatically checked into a livestream class?
If you notice a client is not automatically checked into a livestream class it is due to the client not clicking/selecting the livestream link within the email they receive before class. For example, if a client copies and pastes the link into a new browser page and does not click the link the system does not know to check them in.
