How Historical Visits Are Counted
The system will include a client's historical visit count in condition evaluation when the condition is configured without specific class restrictions.
To ensure your condition evaluates historical visits, avoid selecting any of these specific parameters:
Payment method
Membership/plan details
Specific class start times
Staff member assignments
Specific class names/course offerings
