Appointment Visit Activity Condition

This automation leverages conditional filtering to identify client segments based on appointment visit activity, frequency, timing, and payment methods, automatically triggering personalized communications when specific criteria are met.

Number of Visits

A visit is counted once the appointment is settled up. Include all contacts who have:

Visit Quantity Condition

  • More than (or equal to) X visits

  • Less than (or equal to) X visits

  • Exactly X visits

  • Between (and including) X and Y visits


Time Frame Restriction

The number of visits must have occurred in the following time frame:

  • All time OR

  • Relative to today:

    • Exactly X days ago

    • Within the last X days

    • More than X days ago

  • Around specific dates:

    • Between (and including) two selected dates

    • On or after a selected date

    • On or before a selected date


Appointment Detail

Will search for visits for the following appointments:

  • Any appointment OR

  • Specific appointment(s) with sub-conditions:

    • Location (dropdown selection)

    • Appointment type (dropdown selection)

    • Staff member (dropdown selection)

    • Time range (between two time inputs)


Payment Method

Will search for visits where the following payment methods were used:

  • Any payment method OR

  • Specific payment method (with sub-conditions for method types)
