Class Check-in Condition

About this Condition

Find contacts who have checked in to classes based on various filtering options. This condition allows you to target contacts based on their check-in history, including payment methods, class details, dates, and frequency.

Number of Check-ins

In this time frame

More than (or equal to): Identifies contacts with at least a specified number of check-ins

Less than (or equal to): Identifies contacts with no more than a specified number of check-ins

Exactly: Identifies contacts with precisely the specified number of check-ins

Between (and including): Identifies contacts within a specific range of check-ins

Time Frame Restriction

The number of check-ins must have occurred in the following time frame:

All time: Identifies contacts based on all historical check-ins

Relative to today: Identifies contacts based on time periods relative to the current date

  • More than (or equal to)

  • Within the last (and including)

  • Exactly

Around specific dates: Identifies contacts based on exact date ranges

  • On or before

  • On or after

  • Between (and including)

Class Detail

Will search only for check-ins for the following classes:

Find check-in for any class: Identifies contacts who have checked in to any class without restrictions.

Find check-in for something specific: Identifies contacts who checked in to classes matching particular criteria:

  • Location

  • Class Name

  • Primary Staff Name

  • Between specific times of day (using the HH:MM time selector)

Payment Method

Will search for check-ins where the following payment methods were used:

Any payment method: Identifies contacts who used one method or a combination of methods when the specific method isn't relevant to your targeting.

Specific payment method: Identifies contacts who used particular payment methods:

Any plans, including Intro Offers

Specific plans
