To get started, you will need to select a plan. This can be any plan or one or more specific plans that you want to search for contacts in. Once you have selected your plan, you can move on to the next step.

Find contacts where any plan selected above has a status equal to the following status.
Current/Active
They have a plan as selected above that is currently active and available to use.
Expired/Completed
One or more of the plans selected above have run their course naturally. Choose one of the following date range options:
More than or equal to
On or after
Between
Exactly
Canceled
One or more of the plans selected above were canceled prior to expiration. Used the following option to choose a specific date range:
Within the last or including
Future/Pending Plans
One or more of the plans selected above are owned but have not yet started. Choose one of the following date range options:
Within the last or including

Paused Plans
Use the paused plans option to find contacts who have plans that are currently in a paused state. This can be useful if you want to reach out to these contacts and encourage them to resume their plan.
