Why it Matters
Before this update, it was difficult to analyze how individual journeys or their automations were performing across different locations. Teams had limited visibility into which channels (email vs. SMS) were most effective and couldn’t easily switch between journeys and automations for comparison. With improved filtering and per-location insights, teams can more easily measure engagement and optimize communications across multiple sites.
