Journey Updates- stats and automations

This update provides clearer visibility into performance across locations, from a high-level overview of all corporate journeys down to detailed, automation-level metrics.

Updated over a month ago

Why it Matters

Before this update, it was difficult to analyze how individual journeys or their automations were performing across different locations. Teams had limited visibility into which channels (email vs. SMS) were most effective and couldn’t easily switch between journeys and automations for comparison. With improved filtering and per-location insights, teams can more easily measure engagement and optimize communications across multiple sites.

Functionality

Journey View

Journeys are groupings of automated actions (emails, texts, tagging, etc) that you create to follow a contact’s journey, usually to a specific result.

  • Journeys now display the associated stats and the locations tied to each journey

  • All stats shown are for the last 30 days

  • Stats will be displayed for:

    • Email

    • SMS

  • Includes sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced and spam rate

  • If a user clicks into the eyeball, they can see stats tied to their automations.
