You must add a client to the system in order to sell an item, even if they are a walk-in sale. Discounts and promo codes apply to the entire ticket. Services can not be sold with products, the sale must be completed on a separate ticket. Products can only be sold in-studio. Currently there is not an online store widget.
Follow these steps to sell a retail item in-studio:
Select the Buy icon on the top right navigation bar
Select an existing client or add a new client
Select the location of where this purchase is being made
Find the product they would like to purchase using the search
Enter the quantity
Add items to the ticket use the product search
If you'd like, apply a promo code or discount to the ticket
Choose the payment method
Select Buy to complete the sale
