Future Classes: Update a Pay Rate for All Classes for an Instructor

If you want to update a pay rate for all future classes assigned the pay rate, follow these steps:

  1. From the main navigation menu select Pay Rates

  2. Select the pay rate you want to update

  3. Update the pay rate settings

  4. Save

All future classes assigned this pay rate are now updated.


Future Classes: Update a Pay Rate from a Specific Date Forward

First, you will need to create a new pay rate. After you create a new pay rate follow these steps:

  1. From the main navigation menu select Classes

  2. Select Go on a class tile

  3. Choose the Schedule Tab

  4. Choose a class instance on the schedule

  5. Choose Edit all

  6. Select Change all other settings

  7. Under Update classes starting on... select the start date the change will take place

  8. Scroll down to Instructors & Pay Rates and under the pay rate drop down select the new pay rate.
    If they pay rate is brand new and has not been assigned to the instructor, choose Link pay rate and select the new pay rate

  9. Save


Future Classes: Update a Pay Rate for an Individual Class Instance

  1. From the main navigation menu select Classes

  2. Select Go on a class tile

  3. Choose the Schedule Tab

  4. Choose a class instance on the schedule

  5. Choose Edit for just the specific date

  6. Select Change all other settings

  7. Scroll down to Instructors & Pay Rates and under the pay rate drop down select the new pay rate.
    If they pay rate is brand new and has not been assigned to the instructor, choose Link pay rate and select the new pay rate

  8. Save


Past Classes: Update a Pay Rate from a Specific Date Forward

  1. Create a new pay rate with the update

  2. From the main navigation menu select Classes

  3. Select Go on a class tile

  4. Choose the Schedule Tab

  5. Choose a class instance on the schedule

  6. Choose Edit all

  7. Select Change all other settings

  8. Under Update classes starting on... select the start date the change will take place

  9. Scroll down to Instructors & Pay Rates and under the pay rate drop down select the new pay rate.
    If they pay rate is brand new and has not been assigned to the instructor, choose Link pay rate and select the new pay rate

  10. Save


Past Classes: Update a Pay Rate for an Individual Class Instance

To update pay rates in the past from a specified date forward:

  1. From the main navigation menu select Classes

  2. Select Go on a class tile

  3. Choose the Schedule Tab

  4. Choose a class instance on the schedule

  5. Choose Edit for just the specific date

  6. Select Change all other settings

  7. Scroll down to Instructors & Pay Rates and under the pay rate drop down select the new pay rate.

  8. If they pay rate is brand new and has not been assigned to the instructor, choose Link pay rate and select the new pay rate

  9. Save
