Comp passes are a way to offer a free class (or classes) to your clients—plus, they can be used in-studio and for livestream.
About Comp Passes
Comp passes can be considered unpaid bookings and can be used to book classes via the front desk, on the Widgets, and the Walla App. Late cancel/ no-show fees apply to comp pass bookings.
What classes comp passes can pay for is not a customizable setting. Comp passes can pay for any class and appointment.
