Send date: 2-4 weeks prior to migration
Hi (studio name) team,
I have some exciting news at (studio name)! After much thought and considerationâand to make managing our billing and booking even easierâweâve found a powerful new software partner: Walla!
Walla will be our new scheduling, booking, video, and communication system working behind the scenes to elevate our client interactions.
So, what does this mean for you? You will login to our new Walla Dashboard starting on (day after migration) to check-in clients, purchase memberships, packages and retail items. Our clientâs booking app will be changing to the Walla/ (studio name) Branded app
In order to prepare for the migration:
Watch this 20-minute training video to prepare to use Walla post-migration
Send me any questions you have so I can connect with our Walla rep to get your questions answered
Look out for an invite from Walla to create your account
Add Walla as a web app to your mobile device (optional if your studio uses phones to manage check-in and classes)

To make our transition seamless and your booking experience even better, please follow these three steps:
Check your email tomorrow for an email from (studio name)
The FROM email address will be [email protected]
Remember to check your spam folders, too!
Click the link in the email to create your Walla login credentials
This will include a new password
Visit our website (include your website URL link where the schedule widget will be embedded!) and log in to view your account details
Your Walla account will be set up after you complete these three steps. All active memberships and/or packages will be in your account details. Please let us know if something is missing from your account details after 24 hours!
