When your email is added to a business, an invite is sent. If you encounter this message when logging into the Walla App, this means your email is on file at a business and an invite to create a login has been sent. Check your inbox for an invite from the studio and be sure to check your spam folder.
Unable to find the invite in your inbox?
If you are unable to find the invite in your inbox, no problem! A password reset works just fine. Complete the following steps to send a password reset:
From the Walla App and select Forgot Password?
Enter your email address into the field and choose Reset Password
Use the password reset email to create a login that you can now use on both the Walla App and on your studio's website!
