Occasionally you may find yourself locked out of your Walla client account. Here are the steps you can take to correct the lockout.
Things to Know
The only way to unlock your account is by resetting your password. There is no other way to unlock an account.
Pay attention to where you are logging in! If you are attempting to log in via Manage.hellowalla.com, your client login will not work. Manage.hellowalla.com is for staff logins only. If you try logging in here you will see a message that says "You are not associated with any businesses." This is because the site is for staff logins only.
Please note that when resetting your password, devices where previously stored/saved passwords are used for your Walla login must also be updated. If your login was reset and the new login is not working, then it is likely an outdated stored password or autofill is being used.
Client Account Password Reset
You can reset your password via your studio's website or if you've already created a login for your studio via your studio's website you can choose Forgot password within the Walla App:
Go to your studio's website and find the login button on one of their widget
From the Login page, select Forgot Your Password?
Enter your email, then select Reset Password
A password reset email will arrive in your inbox shortly. If you have not received a password reset email within 10 minutes, follow the above steps again
