Client Profile Active Enrollments

In this article, we will go over how to view and manage client enrollments as well as their enrollment payments from the client profile.

On the client's enrollment page, you will see a holistic view of their enrollment, including upcoming and past transactions. This will allow you to easily manage scheduled payments and make changes if they are on a payment plan.


View a Client Active and Past Enrollments

Enrollments are displayed under the client profile under Active Enrollments.

To navigate to a client’s active enrollments under their profile:

  1. Navigate to the client’s profile

  2. Under the Overview tab scroll down to the Active Enrollments section

  3. Select the three dots on the top right of the enrollment tile

  4. Choose View Details

On the client's enrollment page, you will see a holistic view of their enrollment, including upcoming and past transactions. This will allow you to easily manage scheduled payments and understand the client's financial history with your business.


Enrollment Transactions Tab

If you need to make changes to a client's payment details, you can do so from theTransactions Tab from under the Enrollment Details page. Navigate to the Transactions Tab of the enrollment details page and select the edit pencil next to a payment to change the payment method.

Upcoming Payments

Select the Edit Pencil on the far right of an upcoming scheduled payment. Here you can edit the amount for a single payment or all future payments. You can also edit the payment method or add an additional payment method.

Past Payments

Shows all enrollment payment plan payment history. You can refund past payments from this section.


Enrollment Overview Tab

The Enrollment Overview tab provides information about a client's purchased enrollment and includes any agreed to policies.

Location: The location the enrollment takes place

Client: Name of the client

Booked: Date and time the client was booked into the enrollment and if the client was booked into the enrollment by staff or if they booked themselves into the enrollment.

Price: Full price of the enrollment

Required Deposit: Amount of the deposit if a deposit is required.

Payment Plan: Client payment plan terms for the client. The number of payments, the amount to be paid each week/month. When the payments start and when the payments end. The next scheduled payment date is listed.

Cancelation Terms: Lists the cancelation terms entered under the enrollment under Cancelation Terms unique to the location.

Policies: The attached Contracts are listed under policies
