  • Last plan purchased

  • Number of days since the client was added

Lead/Client Management Section

This section allows you to manage the client's journey through your sales process. From this section you can:

  • Add Activity logs notes and communicate with your client

  • Change who the lead is assigned to within your team

  • Adjust the plan target based on your sales goals

  • Update the lead source for accurate tracking

Pro Tip

Service-Minded Approach: Use lead stages to track where each client is in their fitness journey, not just their purchasing journey. This allows you to provide targeted support and encouragement.

Sales-Oriented Approach: Lead stages help you identify which clients are primed for upsells or additional services, allowing you to make timely, relevant offers.
