How do I know a client needs to sign a waiver?

Missing Waiver Alert on the Client Profile

You will know a client has signed the waiver if they do not have the red Missing Waver badge on the top right of their client profile. If they do not have this badge, then they have agreed to the waiver. To confirm which waivers have been signed, you can find the waivers they’ve agreed to under the Documents section of their client profile.

1. Select Class Schedule

2. Find the class the client is signed up for

3. Select the class

4. View the Missing Waiver badge on the roster
