How to Add a Guest to Your Class Booking

Follow these step-by-step instructions to seamlessly add a guest to your upcoming class.

You can book a guest using a drop-in payment or apply a guest pass associated with your plan. This feature is only available for class reservations (not appointments).

Add a Guest from the Class Booking Confirmation Page (Widget)

Right after you book your class, you’ll see the option to add a guest.

Find and book the class you’d like to attend.
On the "You're Booked!" confirmation page, tap Add a Guest.
Enter your guest’s first name, last name, and email address.
Choose how to cover the guest booking:
- Use a drop-in rate and pay directly
- Apply a guest pass if your plan includes one
Tap Add Guest — you're all set!

Find and book the class you’d like to attend.

On the "You're Booked!" confirmation page, tap Add a Guest.

Enter your guest’s first name, last name, and email address.

Choose how to cover the guest booking:

Use a drop-in rate and pay directly

Apply a guest pass if your plan includes one

Tap Add Guest — you're all set!

🎟️ If you have guest passes available, one will be automatically applied.

Add a Guest from Your Schedule (Widget)

If you already booked class and want to add a guest later, you can do so from your account:

Go to your studio’s website and log in.
Select Your Schedule from the widget menu.
Find your upcoming class marked as Booked.
Tap Add a Guest under the booking.
Enter your guest’s details and select a payment method or guest pass.
Tap Add Guest to complete the booking.

💡 You’ll see a confirmation once your guest has been added.

How to Add a Guest in the Walla App

You can add a guest to your class booking right from the Walla App — either immediately after booking, or later from your Upcoming Schedule.
Guest booking is only available for classes (not appointments), and you can choose to either pay a drop-in rate or use a guest pass linked to your plan.

Add a Guest Right After Booking (Walla App)

Open the Walla App and book the class you’d like to attend
On the “You’re Booked!” confirmation screen, tap Add a Guest
Enter your guest’s:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
Choose how to pay:
- Select a drop-in rate
- Select your plan if you would like to use your guess passes associated with your plan if you have guest passes available on your plan
Tap Confirm Guest — and you're good to go!

Open the Walla App and book the class you’d like to attend

On the “You’re Booked!” confirmation screen, tap Add a Guest

Enter your guest’s:

First name

Last name

Email address

Choose how to pay:

Select a drop-in rate

Select your plan if you would like to use your guess passes associated with your plan if you have guest passes available on your plan

Tap Confirm Guest — and you're good to go!

Add a Guest Later from “My Schedule” (Walla App)

Already booked but want to add a guest later? No problem:

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner
Go to My Schedule > Upcoming
Tap the class you’re attending
Scroll to the bottom and tap Add a Guest.
Enter their details and choose how to pay
Select a drop-in rate or elect your plan if you would like to use your guess passes associated with your plan if you have guest passes available on your plan
Tap Confirm Guest to complete the booking

Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner

Go to My Schedule > Upcoming

Tap the class you’re attending

Scroll to the bottom and tap Add a Guest.

Enter their details and choose how to pay
