How to complete a transaction using the Stripe terminal

You will need to set up your terminal when you initially receive the reader. Either your onboarding rep or a member of the support team can help. After you complete the set up process follow these steps to complete a transaction.

  1. Select Buy

  2. Choose a client and add an item item to the card

  3. Choose Use New Card

  4. Select Read Card from Terminal

  5. Tap or Swipe a card

  6. Choose Save and complete the transaction

☝️ The terminal status under Business Settings does not need to say connected prior to completing a transaction. What connects the terminal to Walla is selecting Read Card from Terminal on the checkout page.
