How to Get Help with Your Walla Website

We've streamlined our help process to make sure your inquiry is routed to the Walla Websites team. There are two ways to get help with your Walla website:

1. Email Walla Website Support

2. Create a Walla Website Ticket

  • Available when you're logged into Walla (not the website editor).

  • Message the support messenger. Look for the "Walla Website" option at the bottom of the messenger to create a ticket that goes straight to the Walla Websites team.

Redirecting Website Requests

If you accidentally send a website question through other channels, such as the Walla Support Team, we will do our best to get your message to the right team member. You may be redirected to email wallawebsites@hellowalla.com or to use the Walla Websites option on the support messenger.

Response to Website Support Requests

The Walla Websites design team operates independently from our general support team. They do not share the same response times as our regular support channels. Additionally, please be aware that the Walla Websites design team is available Monday through Friday and does not offer weekend support.
